Description
SFML- 520 is a small semi-automatic laminating machine that is designed and manufactured according to market demands. The machine has the characteristicи of compact structure and easy operation. The electrical and pneumatic system are controlled by PLC system. And one person can easily operate it. When the operator inputs the paper size on the touch screen, the machine can realize automatic laminating and paper separation.
Configuration
1.Human-machine interface system with color touch screen simplifies operation.
- The pneumatic pressing system provides stable pressure to guarantee good lamination quality. The pressure is adjustable on request.
- The knife for cutting the foil It cuts the width of the foil to meet the paper size. The cut foil is left on the film release shaft.
- Perforating wheel for perforating the foil, perforates the edgethe foil and allows automatic cutting-tear off on laminated paper.
- The pneumatic separation system on the laminate, realize automatic cutting-removal of the laminate as long as the operator enters the size-length on the paper on the touch screen.
