Semi-automatic hydraulic-pneumatic machines for single-sided lamination with automatic folding and new pneumatic pulling and tearing system SFML 720A/920A/1100A

Features:
SFML-A The series of semi-automatic roll laminators are a NEW model of laminators that are an upgrade of the model SFML. So those machines are specially made for single-sided lamination of any type and thickness of paper from the thinnest to the thickest. All those machines have:

– automatic hydraulic pressure on the front rollers
– broom – chrome front upper roller with a diameter of 45 cm
– heating of the upper metal chrome roller is with hot roller technology – the upper chrome front metal roller is filled with heated oil,
– front conveyor belts for feeding the paper to be laminated, ,
– a system of metal handles with: a perforator for tearing the plastic after lamination and a blade for cutting the excess foil in width.
– pneumatic system for automatic tearing off of the finished plastic
– system for collecting the finished plastic

The difference between machines SFML and SFML-A is that the machine SFML-A is an upgraded version of SFML and has the following in addition:

– automatic paper folding upon entering the machine
– larger diameter of the front rollers – the chrome upper and the silicone lower, which increases the laminating speed from 25 m/min to 30 m/min
– a new pneumatic roll loading and positioning system that allows for easier and more accurate roll positioning on the pneumatic axle as well as better tensioning of the roll before lamination
– a double set of serrated perforating wheels allows for the selection of different specifications of papers and foils
– new automatic-pneumatic system for tearing off the plastic (see picture) with a vibrating collector of finished plastic, so-called – jogger which arranges the finished plastic by vibrating it
– all electrical and pneumatic systems are controlled by Schneider PLC color touch screen which control all the functions of the machine
