The model SADF-540 is one of our latest fully automatic laminators developed for the needs of the market. Configuration:
– Automatic pneumatic paper take-up system with oil-free vacuum pump
– The automatic pneumatic paper feeding system is equipped with automatic protection against paper feeding interruption, regulated by photoelectric and mechanical systems. This means that when there is no paper or the paper is interrupted during the laminating process, the machine automatically stops and thus protects itself.
– The main interface system of the machine is made of a color touchscreen that displays and controls the entire process of automatic paper lamination.
– The high-precision chrome-plated front heated roller is equipped with a built-in system with state-of-the-art electromagnetic induction heating of the front chrome roller.This ensures perfect temperature uniformity at every point along the roller, as well as flawlessly fine temperature regulation of the chrome roller.
– Automatic pneumatic pressure on the front and rear rollers that provides high and constant pressure, which guarantees perfect lamination quality
– Pneumatic axle for easy and precise release of the roll from the axle, which ensures easy and precise removal and placement of the roll on the axle
– The combination of the pneumatic axle and the braking device allows perfect regulation of the tension-stretching of the foil
– On the right side of the machine, mounted on a special rod, there is a metal handle with a circular blade for cutting the foil in width while it is still in the roll.
– On the left side of the machine, mounted on the same bar, there is a metal handle with a circular serrated blade – a perforator that perforates the foil and allows for easy automatic tearing-cutting of the laminate.
– Anti-curl device that allows the laminate to remain flat after lamination
