1. Delivery

  • Delivery is carried out through authorized courier services.
  • The delivery time is usually 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping costs are stated when ordering.

2. Review at reception

The user is obliged to inspect the product upon receipt. In case of visible damage, it is necessary to immediately report it to the supplier and to Vitcom.

3. Product return

Product can be returned within 14 days from the reception, if:

  • not used
  • is in original packaging
  • not damaged

4. Exceptions

The right of return does not apply to:

  • special order products
  • raw materials that have been unpacked or used

5. Refund

After an approved return, the funds are refunded within 7–14 business days, through the same payment method.
