Roll laminator for single and double sided lamination (BW-F350 series)

These laminators are specially modified roll laminators for single-sided or double-sided lamination on DIGITAL and any type of print (BW-F350 series). Models with a working width of up to 350 mm are specially adapted to laminate digital print, but they also work great with all other types of printing/stamping.

The following modifications have been made to these laminators:

• Stronger pressure on the front rollers

• Direct heating of the front rollers – HOT ROLLER technology (upper roller: chrome-plated metal, lower roller: silicone)

• Possibility of plasticizing one-sided or two-sided

• Longer (extended) roll holders – allow the use of all types of hot lamination roll foils with a length of up to 2,000 m

• Plasticizer correction system – anti-roll bar, which straightens the material and prevents curling during one-sided plasticizing

• Metal handle with a punch for perforating the foil (for easier tearing/cutting after exiting the machine)

• Metal handle with a blade for cutting excess foil when the paper format is smaller than the roll width

• Two types of roll adapters: 1 inch и 3 inches inner diameter (for foils with different core diameters)

• Paper detection input sensor – protects against uncontrolled wrapping of the foil around the rollers and the need for cleaning

• At the output, a linear knife on cutting rails for double-sided lamination

These modified laminators have almost all the practical features of large industrial machines, but with a lower operating speed and without hydraulic pressure on the front rollers. Hydraulic pressure is required in semi-automatic and automatic industrial roll laminators that operate at much higher speeds.
