– The manual hydraulic laminators from YDFM –A series, are a type of multi-functional laminator, which are newly developed according to the demands of long-term users and the market. For lamination, they can use a film with glue - so-called thermal film or BOPP, and also a film without glue. Laminating with adhesive-free film means that the machine glue-laminates the adhesive-free film at a certain pressure and temperature directly to the paper without using any additional adhesive. This lamination technology is new and is called green lamination because it does not leave any toxic substances, unlike the classic thermal film, it saves energy and makes lamination cheaper.
– The engine is equipped with SCHNEIDER frequency converter that allows infinite fine speed change, thereby guaranteeing stability during lamination
– The compact construction of the machine (in one piece) makes the machine very stable in operation and extends its service life
– Manually feeding the paper into the machine via conveyor belts
– The magnetically coated panel for placing paper in the machine allows easy and precise regulation of the paper placement in the machine
– The highly precise chrome-plated front heated roller is equipped with a built-in oil heating system of the roller ie. is filled with oil that is heated. It ensures perfect evenness of temperature at every point along the length of the roller and also perfectly fine temperature regulation of the chrome roller
– Manual hydraulic pressure on the front and rear rollers that provides high and constant pressure, which guarantees perfect lamination quality
– On the right side of the machine at the front, there is a metal handle with a round blade for cutting the foil in width while it is still in the roll, mounted on a separate bar.
– On the left side of the machine in front, mounted on the same bar, there is a metal handle with a circular serrated blade – a perforator that perforates the foil and enables easy automatic tearing-cutting of the laminate
– After lamination, the paper can be wound on an additional shaft, which is regulated depending on the width of the paper, and then unwound and torn off-cut manually
