Features:
SFML-A the series of semi-automatic roll laminators are a NEW model of laminators that are an upgrade of the model SFML. So those machines are specially made for one-sided lamination of any type and thickness of paper from the thinnest to the thickest. All those machines have:
– automatic hydraulic pressure on the front rollers
– broom – chrome front upper roller with a diameter of 45 cm
– heating of the upper metal chrome roller is with hot roller technology – in terms of the upper chrome front metal roller is filled with heated oil,
– front transport belts for feeding the paper to be plasticized,
– a system of metal handles with: a punch for tearing the plastic after lamination and a blade for cutting the excess foil in width.
– pneumatic system for automatic tearing of the finished plastic
– a system for collecting the finished plastic
The difference between machines SFML and SFML-A is that the machine SFML-A is an upgraded version of SFML and has in addition the following:
– automatic folding of the paper upon entering the machine
– larger diameter of the front rollers – the upper chrome and the lower silicone, which increases the speed of lining from 25 m/min to 30 m/min
- a new pneumatic system for placing and adjusting the roll, which allows easier and more accurate adjustment of the roll on the pneumatic shaft, as well as better tension - stretching of the roll before lamination
– double set of toothed punching wheels allow selection of different specifications of papers and foils
– a new automatic-pneumatic system for tearing off the plastic (see picture) with a vibrating collector of finished plastic, the so-called – jogger which arranges the finished plastic by vibrating
– all electrical and pneumatic systems are controlled by Schneider PLC colour touch screen and which manage all the functions of the machine
