SFML- 520 is a small semi-automatic laminating machine that is designed and manufactured according to market demands. The machine has a characteristicand of compact structure and easy handling. The electrical and pneumatic systems are controlled by a PLC system. And one person can easily manage it. When the operator inputs a paper size on the touch screen, the machine can realize automatic paper lamination and separation.
Configuration
1.Color touch screen man-machine interface system simplifies the operation.
- The pneumatic pressing system provides stable pressure to guarantee good lamination quality. The pressure is adjustable upon request.
- The knife for cut on the foil cuts the width of the transparencies to fit the paper size. The cut film is left on the film release shaft.
- Perforating wheel for perforating the foil, perforates the edgeot the foil and enables automatic cutting- breaking off on laminated paper.
- The pneumatic separation system on the laminate, realizes automatic cutting- tearing off the laminate as long as the operator enters the size- the length on the paper on the touch screen.
