SDFM-1100A Automatic single-sided paper laminating machine

Features:
The model SDFM-1100A is one of our newest fully automatic laminators developed for the needs of the market. This laminating machine is composed of a paper taking system, a laminating system, a cutting-tearing system as well as a collecting system and a plastic winding system. The electrical and pneumatic devices built into the machine are controlled by programmable PLC systems. All operations in the machine takes place automatically: taking paper, laminating and cutting-tearing off the plastic. It can use both types of foil BOPP pre-glued  foil – foil with glue and glue-less film - film without glue and is an excellent choice for laminating all types of paper - cards, book covers, catalogs, prospectuses, cardboard for packaging, digital printing, etc.

Configuration:
– Automatic pneumatic paper picking system with electronic vacuum head
- The automatic pneumatic system for taking paper is equipped with automatic protection when the paper is stopped, regulated by photoelectric and mechanical systems. This means that when there is no paper or the paper breaks during the lamination process, the machine automatically stops and thus protects itself.
– The main interface system of the machine is made of a color touch screen that can be seen and control the whole process of automatic paper lamination
– The highly precise chrome-plated front heated roller is equipped with a built-in oil heating system of the roller ie. is filled with oil that is heated. It ensures perfect evenness of temperature at every point along the length of the roller and also perfectly fine temperature regulation of the chrome roller
– Automatic pneumatic pressure on the front and rear rollers that provides high and constant pressure, which guarantees perfect lamination quality
– Pneumatic shaft for easy and precise release of the roll from the shaft, which ensures easy and precise removal and placement of the roll on the shaft
– The combination of the pneumatic shaft and the braking device allows for perfect regulation of the tension-stretching of the foil.
– On the right side of the machine at the front, there is a metal handle with a round blade for cutting the foil in width while it is still in the roll, mounted on a separate bar.
– On the left side of the machine at the front, mounted on the same bar and a metal handle with a circular serrated blade – a perforator that perforates the foil and enables easy automatic tearing-cutting of the laminate
– Anti-curling device that allows the laminate to remain flat after lamination
– Automatic pneumatic system for tearing-cutting the laminate
– A system for collecting paper on finished laminates as in offset machines
