ORGALOK MA 20 A

Orgalok MA 20 A is a formulated water-based polyvinyl acetate polymer. Its high bond strength is suitable for bonding reliability, its fast application allows for fast production throughput.

USE:

– for gluing-liming paper to paper, paper to cardboard and cardboard to cardboard

– can be used for gluing stapled books, gluing notes and paper ends

– applied with a mechanical glue spreader, brush or hand roller.

– temperature of the substrates, the environment and the adhesive 15 – 20°C

– layer weight 100-180 g/m2

– glue line pressure 2-5 kg/cm2

– open time up to 5 minutes

– closed assembly time up to 15 minutes

– pressing time (20°C) 30-40 minutes

– pressing time (90°C) 30 seconds

– at low application temperatures, the pressing time should be increased.

– adding water to Orgalok MA 20 A is not recommended.

– after long periods of storage, the product should be thoroughly mixed before use.
