Roll laminator for single/double sided lamination – BW-F650A

This laminator is specially modified roll laminator for single-sided or double-sided lamination on DIGITAL stamp, as well as all other types of printing. The model is made according to my specifications delivered directly to the factory, in order to ensure reliable and high-quality lamination of digital print, but also of offset, inkjet and other types of printing.

Modifications and additional features made:

• Stronger pressure on the front rollers

• Direct heating of the front rollers – HOT ROLLER technology (upper chrome-plated metal roller, lower silicone roller)

• Possibility of single-sided or double-sided lamination

• Extended roll holders for using hot lamination foils up to 2,000 m length

• Plasticizer correction system – anti-roll bar (during single-sided lamination it straightens the material and prevents curling)

• Metal handle with punch for easier tearing/cutting of the plastic after exit

• Metal handle with knife for cutting excess foil when the format is smaller than the roll width

• Adapters for 1″ and 3″ rolls (different inner diameter)

• Incoming paper detection sensor (protects against uncontrolled wrapping of the foil around the rollers)

• On the way out rail cutter for cutting double-sided lamination

This modified laminator has almost all the accessories of the large industrial machines, but with slower speed и without hydraulic pressure on the front rollers, which is required in industrial laminators that operate at much higher speeds.
