SF-720C/920C/1100C Semi-automatic hydraulic-pneumatic single-sided laminating machines with automatic folding and new pneumatic pulling and tearing system

SF-C the series of semi-automatic roll laminators are the NEWEST model of laminators released on sale 08/2015 which are an upgrade of the model SFML-A. So those machines are specially made for one-sided lamination of any type and thickness of paper from the thinnest to the thickest. All those machines have:

– new automatic folding of the paper when entering the machine
– SCHNEIDER frequency inverter for infinite speed regulation ensures the speed regulation is finer and more efficient and makes the machine work more stable and quieter
– increased diameter of the front heated chrome roller with a mounted oil heating system that provides a balanced lamination temperature with its own excellent temperature resistance
– The new one SCHNEIDER PLC colour touch screen system controls and manages all the functions of the machine, such as the automatic tear-off of the plastic, the alarming of the lamination failure-interruption for self-protection, etc.
– the lining speed is increased to 30 m/min
– a new pneumatic film unwinding system precisely positions the roll on the pneumatic axle and makes loading and unloading the roll and tensioning the film much easier
– a double set of toothed perforating wheels allow selection of different specifications of papers and foils
– a perfect regulating system for pulling the paper makes regulated pulling comfortable and efficient
– the ribbed traction system and the vibrating collecting system – jogger ensure that the pulling and collection of the finished plastic is continuously comfortable without interruption in work, as well as by vibrating it arranges the finished plastic
