BW-F650A, roll laminator

This laminator is a specially modified roll laminator for single-sided or double-sided lamination of DIGITAL and any type of print-print BW-F350A/650A. This dual width 350mm and 650mm roll laminator model, to my specifications given in the factory, is specially made to be able to laminate DIGITAL print and also any type of other print.

 

– stronger pressure on the front rollers

- direct heating of the front rollers - HOT ROLLER technology, of which the upper roller is chrome metal and the lower roller is silicone

– can plasticize one-sided or double-sided

- it can be used with all types of films on rolls for hot lamination with a length of 2,000 m, because the holders of the rolls are elongated-longer

- they have a system for straightening the plastic - an anti-curling movable bar that, when plasticized, straightens the plastic on one side and prevents it from curling

- they have a metal handle with a perforator for perforating the foil for easier tearing-cutting of the plastic after exiting the machine

– they have a metal handle with a knife to cut the excess film that remains if the paper format is smaller than the width of the roll

– have 2 types of roll adapters with 1 inch and 3 inch inner diameter to use roll films with different inner diameters

– they had a sensor in front to detect the paper when entering the machine that protects against uncontrolled wrapping of the film around the rollers and then cleaning the rollers

– they have a linear knife on rails for cutting the double-sided lamination at the back of the machine

So these modified laminators have all the accessories of the large industrial machines except that they are slower and do not have the hydraulic pressure on the front rollers that is needed for laminating at the high speeds that semi-automatic and automatic industrial roll laminators operate.
