It is a complete line for mass production of hardcover. It is designed according to the hardcover production and working habit.

There is a worktable for placing materials such as cardboard, lid, etc. The base of the machine is equipped with heavy-duty casters, which is convenient for moving the machine, adjusting the level, and fixed lifting.

It is easier, standard, precise, and faster to make a hard cover.

Description:

 Four steps to making hardcovers with SK950L:

 

STEP 1: Hot-gluing A uniform coating of adhesive is applied to the back of the hardcover sleeve.

  • The high-precision glue roller makes the glue well distributed.
  • The main part adopts advanced copper alloy processing technique which makes the heat conduction well distributed and fast fast.
  • The automatic watering device can randomly irrigate an appropriate amount of water according to the conditions of use, which can avoid the glue from drying and hardening.
  • Independent homothermal leak-proof heater unit, animal glue, jelly glue and white latex can be used separately.
  • The thickness of the adhesive can be adjusted at random.

 

 

 

 

STEP 2: Positioning Connect the cardboard and the step diameter plate to the hard cover.

  • Flexible and quick to change different version of spine guides, easily create many fully decorated hard cases.
  • The suction aid makes the covering material precisely positioned, non-removable, which avoids bubbles when the cover is glued with cardboard.
  • A light table with a positioning line in the middle marks the reference grid line for different formats using suction to place the adhesive paper.

STEP 3: Electric Edge Folder The operator inserts the cardboard into the folder section, then it is in order, where all four sides of the covering material are turned over.

  • Light reflex check, when the cardboard is turned on, the machine will start and make the edge folded.
  • Return the electric edge folder, it will return to position when the edge folding is complete.
  • The size and position of the edge overlap can be adjusted.
  • The edge folding pressure can be adjusted to accommodate different cardboard thicknesses.

 

STEP 4: Squeeze Form Put the hard case into the squeeze system, we can finish

  • A high-precision soft glue roller provides sufficient necessary pressure and protects the hard case.
