KDFM – 720/920/1000/1200 Manual mechanical machines for double-sided paper lamination

Features:
– KDFM series of manual mechanical laminators are in the class of compact and economical laminators that save space. It is used for one-sided and double-sided plasticizing of paper, and it uses a film with glue - so-called thermal film or BOPP, it does not take up much space, so it is mostly used in small and medium-sized printing houses and digital studios.

- It is equipped with two front chrome-plated heating rollers that serve for one-sided and two-sided lamination. These two chrome rollers are equipped with built-in tubular heating systems of the roller, i.e. tubular heaters are placed in its cavity. It ensures perfect evenness of temperature at every point along the length of the roller and also perfectly fine temperature regulation of the chrome roller
– Manual mechanical pressure on the front rollers with metal wheels that provides high and constant pressure, which guarantees perfect lamination quality
– Manual mechanical pressure on the rear rollers also with metal wheels
– On the right side of the machine at the front, there is a metal handle with a round blade for cutting the foil in width while it is still in the roll, mounted on a separate bar.
– On the left side of the machine in front, mounted on the same bar, there is a metal handle with a circular serrated blade – a perforator that perforates the foil and enables easy automatic tearing-cutting of the laminate
– After lamination, the paper can be wound on an additional shaft, which is regulated depending on the width of the paper, and then unwound and torn off-cut manually
